You cannot access Office 365 SharePoint Online using SharePoint Designer 2013. Error message is: There is a problem with your account. Please try again later.

Solution

1. Make sure there is ADAL.DLL file is on your machine. Check the following location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\.

2. Set or create the following registry keys:

• HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity\EnableADAL - REG_DWORD - 1
• HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity\Version - REG_DWORD - 1
