Solution
1. Make sure there is ADAL.DLL file is on your machine. Check the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE15\.
2. Set or create the following registry keys:
- HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity\EnableADAL - REG_DWORD - 1
- HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Identity\Version - REG_DWORD - 1

Entonre la solucion en este blog:

En mi caso no funciono directamente poque algo le pasaba a la linea de comandos que no me permitia ejecutarlos, asi que lo ingrese en un "archivo por lotes" (.bat) t funciono perfecto.
El comando es:
stsadm –o upgrade –inplace –url http://admincentral:xxxx –forceupgrade
